Hi all,

I have a Perform 3.0 and the customer needs to see the UUI information, i found the field but i don't see the info how can i make nice record and see that info?

Thanks in advance.

Create a reserved column: Name = User Info - this must be exact, same capitalisation. Alias can be anything but for simplicity set it to User Info. Type = Text. Size = 96.

Now go to CLS Servers, your CLS and into Business Data. Create a new BD field Name: User Info. Type nvarchar. Size 96. Optional ID = 30. This field can only actually be 80 characters long.

Restart NICE services and see how you go.

In order to view the columns in Perform you need to go into User Manager, Profiles, Basic Columns, Interaction Data and Enable view and Query on your new columns.
