UTML - Tutorial???

There aren't many tutorials, except the sparse offerings in the Cognos Upfront docs.
UTML is really XML (XLST) hybrid so use this.
HOw depp do you want to go...changing icons or right down to changing how the page looks depneding on who is logged in to changing the report order (with out showing numbers in front of the name).
