Hi, I have a report and I have only 21 lines that can be used for a memo field. I have other information underneath that is filled in by a recordset. Is there a way to utilize the instr function or anyother function to find out how many carraige return's and line feeds are in the textbox. Are does any body have any other suggestion for limiting the amount of data in this textbox. After the 21 lines, I need to put the additional data in another report. Thanks...
