I need help to find a utility, if there is one, within ArcServe that will find ALL CA products in our system
while reporting the version numbers and builds. Discovery service doesn't report all servers in our environment, perhaps because of different subnets? I would really hate to login to every server to accomplish this. Presently all our backup servers are running 11.5 SP3 but we do have some
client agents ( Win client agents, Notes agents, open file agents ) out there running ver. 9. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know such utility does not exist. You need to do this manually.

Discovery service can be configuration options that include setting it up for specific subnets. Also since Discovery service runs on all systems that have ARCserve products installed you can check try just checking a system from one of the other subnets. Other systems running ARCserve can be selected from within the Manager running on the local system from within the Job Status window and from there properties will show installed options and versions.
