UTAM Code required

I installed a MICS new out of the box. 6.1XC software and 1 fiber combo card and 1 6 port fiber card. About 3 times today I got this in the display UTAM code reuqired. Any idea what that means.

Also I can not see the Trk MOD I installed. I tried it in numerous positions on the fiber cards. I assume I have a bad trk mod. I did get a alrm 50-09 and 52-2. But I have not looked on the CD to see what they mean. If you happen to the know any help would be apprecieated. Thanks

50-9: A Station Module has been disconnected.
52-2: A Trunk Cartridge has been disconnected.
UTAM is for companion, so if your not using companion, I think you can ignore it.

Just an addition to bkrike's post
50-9 indicates the SM on expansion port 9 has been disconnected.
52-2 indicates that TC2 (2nd TC in KSU) has been disconnected.

Thank you guys for your help. It turns out i have a bad TRK mod out of the box. I replaced it and it works great. Thanks again.
