One user is getting this error when loggin into the the citrix application:

Usrlogon.cmd -\\ Remote: WFICA32.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x6658252a" reference memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read.
-Click ok to terminate the program.
-Click on cancel to debug the program.
<ok> <cancel>

Any suggestions?
