usrlogon.cmd does not run with NFuse

I am running an application through an NFuse website. When I launch the application the usrlogon.cmd file does not run. I even tested this by putting a pause into the file and it ran through.

I am using the usrlogon.cmd file to map a critical drive that is needed to run the application.

Any ideas?

make sure you are not logging on anonymously. I run all citrix apps through nfuse on this network. Logon scripts work fine

No we authenticate into the domain. We are not logging in anonymously.
