USR - Voice mode

Hi i own a USR 56k Voice Internal. I want to put the modem into voice mode permanently, but with a few added extras. Can i use the fclass command??if so, how??
Also anyone know how i can get the modem to terminate the connection & reset, if 'the other person has cleared' the connection??
