USR Sportsters keep losing Auto Answer

hi guys,<br>
we have two usr sportsters attached to our notes server.<br>
they keep losing auto answer despite the setup being saved in hyperterminal.<br>
any ideas?

it's ok - it's a notes issue - notes turns it off because it 'hears' the ring and sends an answer command to the modem.
