/usr/lib/saf/ttymon console question

I always see
/usr/lib/saf/ttymon -g -h -p console login: -T sun -d /dev/console
on all of our servers. We are running Solaris 9.
Why do we get this? Nobody is is logged into the console.

That is the process that displays the login prompt on the console, it doesn't mean that someone is actually logged in. ttymon = teletype monitor.
