we have dtected this error in our server (Solaris8): /usr/lib/nfs/rquotad: Alarm Clock

What's the meaning of this warning?
Is important?

This problem was fixed in a later release of Solaris 8... SunSolve metions the problem but, I can not find the patch number for you... Make sure your server is up to date with recommended patches...
