I have a digital unix 4.0 box that is showing 93% full on the /user disk space. It is basiclly just used as an Oracle database machine, so logins into are somewhat non-existant. Are there some logs or someplace I need to look in order to reduce the disk space?
It has been growing but vary little. I have a seperate /var filesystem at root level, but as shown in the ls -l below of /usr, there is a /usr/var also.

There is probably not a lot to worry about 93% will be okay.
If you must then you could look at the logs directory.
use the du command to get the size of the directories under /usr.
