USR Courier using a leased line with win2k ... how?

I have USR Courier ext modem connected to my pc running win2k. I want to make a connection to another USR Courier device (included in a Netserver/16 V.34) but over a LISED LINE. Haw can I do that?

the modem connects (after login/pass in terminal)but I found no way to make a "dial-up" connection ...

I'm missing something for sure ...
