Just installed the latest version of mysql (there's a couple vulns out today) and when I start it, I get this error:

/usr/bin/safe_mysqld: 5: command not found

It seems to start up fine otherwise; no errors in the log file... But I'd like to figure this one out... anyone else seen this?
