USR 5410 wireless card and logging into domain

When booting a laptop, i have to log into the domain, wait until the us robotics utility starts then i have to log off and on again to get the user scripts to run. Does anyone know any work around for this problem?

Check to see if you can setup the utility to run as a service on start up.

I don't think i can check to see whether its running as a service, because im running W98se, which doesnt have services.
