Can anyone tell me how to go to a specified line number when editing a file using EMACS?
Specifically: I am programming this SAS job, and I need to be review the results repeatedly. The file is maybe 3K lines long. I would like to be able to open the file and issue a command that says, go to line #2223, instead of having to scroll all the way down there every time.
