Blackberries are great. But I have some other users using PocketPC based handhelds. We're running Exchange 5.5 on NT4. Those users with PocketPC and Pocket Outlook can retrieve their emails from my exchange server, but not send emails outside. The reason is that my server has had relaying closed. Is there a way for them to send email or are they out of luck?

Something else... My exchange server's network properties does not have its host name specified as it's internet name, ex:mail.company.net. Does this matter? I was reading another thread that hinted at this.

thanks in advance. joe.
