Using Winsock control

Essentially need to create web server using winsock from VB then Listen for a request...process the text of the request and return a very simple web page. I have the winsock control added and can view the methods so I have pretty good idea, just never created a non IIS web server so a little confused on how to start it programmatically.

Thanks for any help here.
