Using WinSCP to access G450 announcments

I am trying use WinSCP to upload announcments to a G450. However everytime I try and connect I recieve the following in a continuous loop, any suggestions pelase?

Retrieving directory listing...
Directory listing successful...
Retrieving directory listing...
Directory listing successful...
Retrieving directory listing...
Directory listing successful...
etc

Did you enable filex on the Virtual VAL? If you have ASA 6.0, there is an announcement tab that does it all.
