Using Vista Group Policy Settings?

Anyone using AD group policy settings for Vista?

If so, are you using the central store for the ADML and ADMX files?

I'm trying this with no luck. When trying to edit GPO it says "Failed to open Group Policy Object. You may not have appropriate rights."

Any suggestions?
