Hello,

I know there is a forum especially for crystal reports, but perhaps anyone can help me in this forum, too.
Hello,

I'm using CR 8 and have a problem to insert a text which is longer than 255 characters. I'm using a tab seperated databasefile in which I can write memo, but which constant must I use in VB to insert data in the field. If I use the VBString-Constant the text will be truncated. If I use the vbVariant-constant, the report can't be edited.
Any suggestion, please?
