I have recently upgraded to XP and want to know how to fix a bug with VB 6 that I have. When I open VB my toolbars are never there I have to open them each time I open VB. I also have 2 monitors and keep all of my control windows on 1 monitor and my code on the other monitor but my controls are never on the correct monitor when I open VB. When I was running Win 2000 All of this worked correctly.

I also get an error when trying to close VB that I never got before going to XP.

Can someone please help.

I develop at home on XP with VB6 on a duel headed display too but I don't have any problem. Sounds like the registry information is getting lost for some reason. Have you tried reinstalling VB?

Did you install Service Pack 5?
Regards,
Henry
