I have an app in VB 2005 using CR 11. When the report is generated in the viewer 1. I get a red x in the boxes where icons (print, etc) should be displayed, 2. am not getting an option to export to PDF. I read this thread and tried looking at the links within it, but the links no longer work. I tried going to CR website to find an answer and can't find one for my specific problem. Can someone help me? The VB app was written by someone else using ActiveX. The only option is this and PDF. Do I need to change it to PDF or is there something missing from CR viewer?

Using Vb 2005 and Crystal 11, not getting option to export to PDF

vs2005 has a crystal 10 viewer. You need to add a reference on the vs app for the crystal 11 viewer. Remember always downwards compatible not upwards for software. Your crystal 10 viewer is having problems with a crystal 11 report.
