Using UWIN with Procomm Plus fails

Per thread798-1278692 I installed UWIN to use with Procomm Plus and when I telnet to 127.0.0.1 I get the UWIN login prompt, but I'm disconnected from the session immediately with no chance of logging in. I tried this from KSH and the same thing happened, but at least I did get an error, as follows:

"Connection closed by foreign host."

I've searched for help using this message to no avail so if anyone has a solution it would be much appreciated.

Also, I tried from KSH with this message "telnet -a 127.0.0.1" and it bypasses the login and asks for Password which allows me to login, but I can't give Procomm the -a telnet command line option.

Thanks in advance for any help.
