How do I get an external 56K US Robotics Fax/Voice modem to handle both FAX and RAS in Microsoft SBS 4.0 please?

I seem to remember that there is a registry issue here...something about setting unique ID's for the modems. I saw something at the 3com FAQ site about this. Sorry about the vagueness.
