When our vendor set up Unified Messaging 2013, they set up an auto attendant that uses speech recognition for callers to dial employee's. It has the default message on it that says "Thank you for calling Microsoft Exchange auto-attendant. To reach a specific person, just tell me their name". The problem is that we want to customize that greeting. Does anyone know if there is a way to listen to the default greeting so we know we are changing the correct greeting? There are 3 options in UM. One is for out of business hours, one is for during business hours, and the last one is an informational message. I don't want to browse to our custom message and change it in UM before knowing if it's the right one. Does anyone have any input on this??
