I am using two queries for a report...Horse Adoptions...

i have one query which lists all categories/quanities of animals shipped and one query which lists all categories/quanities of animals adopted...then using formula can report on percentage of each category adopted..
for instance..
Male Horse
weanlings 10 shipped, 5 adopted, 50% adopted
yearlings 20 shipped, 15 adopted, 75% adopted

my problem is that if there are no animals in a specific category adopted, then it drops that category altogether..

how can I work around this?..

thanks so much for help...i'm perplexed on where to go from here..j

thanks much for your help...

Either use an outer join in your query (double click a join line to select all records from one table) or use a subreport for details and categories only in the main report.
