Using third party contact center software with CME 1

Hi, anyone know about the options for third party contact center software that can be used with CME? I've done some searching and haven't found many options. Are there limitations that prevent third parties from being able to integrate? I've worked with Avaya IP Office and its relatively easy to integrate third party software; CTI link used to get live feed, no call routing issues, etc.
 
An issue we recently found was that CME only supports JTAPI and not TAPI which limits greatly voice recording and 3rd party integration.

When I was born I was so suprised I didn't talk for 18 months
 
Anyone know anything else about integration issues or know of third party contact center software that works with Cisco CME?
