I know that I just compiled the program as well as the executibe and I still get source out of date...what's the deal?

Usually this is due to your current FP PATH setting not including all the locations for your project's files. While the project knows where the files are to compile them, the debugger ONLY knows to look in the current directory and those that the PATH setting indicates.

It's also usually a good idea to do a CLEAR PROGRAM, just in case the "old" file is still cached in memory.

Have you tried to select the check-mark in 'regenerate component Ids' when you recompile the executable ?.
This could help solve the issue.

LET KNOW IF THIS HELPED. ENOUGH EXPERTS ARE HERE TO HELP YOU OUT! BEST OF LUCK :)

Just delete the compiled FXP file, and that should fix it.
