Using the Notes Client through a proxy server

I am trying to access our domino server using the notes client (5.08) from another site through a proxy server. the proxy is configered correctly(I think - TCP/IP on port 1352). How do I tell notes to look at the proxy to see the domino server.

edit your location document in your personal addressbook
on the basiscs tab there's a button for proxy settings Woonjas

Set up a connection document for that server that is just for that location. It should specify the proxy IP and port for the server to access. Why don't you ask the Notes Wizards at

Thanks everyone, I have now got it working. The key was to fill in the 'HTTP Tunnel' in the proxy settings
