I am using VB6 to create an application that will allow users to fill out a form and submit the information to an Access 2000 database.

I am using the InkEdit control for some of the fields on the VB form, the problem is that it is inserting the data into the database as Rich Text Format.

Is there a way to convert the RTF Text into Plain text?

I thank you in advance for all your help.

Thank You

Gil

I think you want to use a different control.
I saw in the DEMO at the Tablet PC show there are two different controls for VB. DougP, MCP

Hi Gil,
Did you find a solution for this issue? i'm currently struggling with the same problem...

I have some similar problem, I just write a code for VB6 geting the INK and save it to a binary file, well, the main question it's, how shoul I display again this Ink in any control? like a Inkicture control or Picture control?
