Hi guys (and gals),

I am using Delphi 7 and my application (using a Paradox database) requires a number of reports to be run from within the application. Having also bought a license for Crystal 9, I thought, ok let's try this. But I just can't get it to work.
Whenever I want to use the function

PEAddNthParameterCurrentValue (...) I get error messages telling me that the new vurrent value for this parameter conflicts with the size limitations (although I have switched that off) and conflicts with existing default values or edit masks. But I have deleted all the other values and the edit mask is turned off (by setting to to an empty string).

The Crystal documentation is not really helpful here, so I maybe one of you guys can help.

Hi Wolfiesz,

You have chosen the worst reporting engine on the
market, even worse than QuickRep( which is a lot in
saying <g> ).

I warmly suggest you try fuzzyreport or FreeReport, or
even Rave - provided you have a valid D7 License.

Cheers,

Andrew
