Hello Guys
I've been reading the NTP's on this as well as the ITEL training guides and I was under the impression that it might be possible to configure a Fax line to ring in and store the pages for retrieval later. I have the Fax Suite and LAN CTE Licenses enabled.
Has anyone actually managed to do this?. So far, the line just rings in as I tried using a Fax overflow via call pilot and also assigning the line against my main extension mailbox with the Fax Messaging box ticked.
I also have the call pilot messaging package enabled on my Outlook email account and was wondering if this could be used with the Fax feature?.
