hi

How can I copy files from one directory to another directory in windows 2000 server on regular basis automatically.

create a batch file containing the command to copy the files from one directory to another eg:-
copy c:\*.* to j:\*.*

add a scheduled task in scheduler and browse to the location of your batch file and add it in, specify the time and day it should run. thats all.
bye
hope it helps you
