Hi,
I am using CR 8.5 Pro, ODBC to an As400 database.
Field {Amount} is in the Detail section suppressed. Each order has more than 1 item.
I have two groupings one by item and then one by division.
The report lists total amount of all item#'s and groups them by division. All number formats are rounded to 1.
The summary by item# does not add up to the summary by division, it is off by 1. If I change the number format to two decimal places and round to .001 everything is fine.
Thanks, in advance

Replace the database field with a formula field that rounds the databse field. Then summarize the formula field instead. This way all subtotals will equal the sums of teh detail field. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
