Using subform prints out too many reports

Hi all,

This will probably be easy to fix but is causing me a bit of grief at present.

I have a main input form for enquiries which includes a subform for all the types of different requirements to be printed out on a report. The problem is, that if for example I have 4 requirements then my report gets printed out 4 times.
Is there any way to just have the report printed out once ??

Why not create a sub report that will display all the requirements in one screen?

Even if I do create a subreport it still prints out the same amount of pages. Its very strange
