We have installed Redhat 9 and are trying to get Squid to work with LDAP authentication.
We are using Squid version 2.5 Stable 1.
We patched Squid (patch -p1 < patchfile) using the following patches
squid-2.5.STABLE1-ldap_auth.patch
squid-2.5.STABLE1-ldap_group-compile.patch
squid-2.5.STABLE1-ldap_group.patch
squid-2.5.STABLE1-proxy_auth.patch
but doing this did not create any executable which needs to be referenced in squid.conf .
Are we doing something wrong? How can we get Squid to work with LDAP authentication?
Thanks in advance,
Olmos
