When using SQL to add fields to a table in Access 97 or Access 2K, specifying the data type of the field does not match Access itself. For example in an SQL query if you want to add an autonumber field you have to specify it as a Counter. Some data types within the SQL query seem to differ between Access97 & 2K. Can anyone give me a definitive list of what you must specify for each data type for the SQL in both versions of Access?
