Using SQL Profiler to trace all SQL

How do I use the SQL Profiler to see a trace of all SQL against the db?

I'm able to run the SQL Profiler, but I can't figure out how to use it to a log of all the SQL statements ran.
 
If you do with the default options then you should get all the commands that the users are running.
