using sql loader for oracle 8i

Does Oracle 8i has its own sqlloader utility? I'm using sqlloader from Developer 1.3.2 and it is giving me 'ulmconnect' errors everytime I try to load to our Oracle 8i db.

I installed the Oracle Client 8.1.5 to another oracle home because it cannot find the c:\orawin95 directory(default_home). The installer of Personal Oracle 8 can find the c:\orawin95, however, I don't know if I can use its sqlloader to connect to Oracle 8i. I'm trying not to install different kinds of Oracle clients or homes to my system.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
