If a split is used without a vector but with measurements switched to external(cms) do I route calls just to the hunt group/splt extension?. Will this just do the same as routing via a vector(ie queue to xx) but without there being a queue? How would the stats work in this instance? There would no abadnon ,asa if the calls get routed directly to the split extension. Any help would be appreciated.
