I have just installed my first SPE card for the IPK. It installed ok and I can connect to it using any PC I want after installing the SPE Application. The problem is, I have the Port D (top port) connected to the voice mail using the provided cable, so I want to manage the voicemail using CoSession. I actually don't think I am even getting as far as the SPE card because on any of the 4 machines I installed the SPE Application on, when I click on the Com 4 (Cosessions) Com 53 and update I get an "Error: Virtual Serial Driver not configured correctly!" Does anyone have this working? Did you have this problem also?? Thank you guys for your input.

FYI, I have connected to the voicemail directly with the usual cable and connect with my Com 1 just fine.

I remember having the same problem a while ago. I fixed it by reinstalling the SPE application. If you haven't already, its worth a try.

I think a few of our techs also had the same problem and we found it to be the software that we got with the cards...When we updated to the the newer version of SPE application, everything worked.

I went on NEC's site and downloaded the newest Firmware for the card (I had 2.05, I now am at 2.06) and I downloaded the SPE version 2.02 (This is the version I had anyway but retried anyway) Still same problem. Like I said in the first post, I have tried this on 4 machines, 3 laptops and 1 desktop. So Frustrating.

I tried 4 and 53. Actually I thought it would be 4 but just in case I tried 53, then said what the H$ll and tried all ports listed in the Setup 1 thru 4 then the 50's.
