Using Soundapp on OS-X

We are having a problem with Soundapp on OSX. We can't seem to do wav file association to the Soundapp program. Basically, we want to be able to click the wav file and have it open up in Soundapp. It works with OS-9. I don't know Macs but I have one here in my office that I can test on. Can anybody help?

I'm guessing you already tried get info-->open with on a wav file, and selected always open with. You could always try an OSX native program instead, such as:

SoundConverter 0.9
It's freeware and will allow for conversion between many sound formats.
