Using Sound on mouse events

I made a flash "cartoon"...and I was hoping to use sound on a roll-over and the roll out as a "Go to" command. However, I couldn't figured out how to put the sound on a mouse event. I had to settle for a "go to" on the roll-over and have the sound in the destination frame. Any help is much appreciated. If you're interested in my seeing what I've done with it, it's here:

I just wish I could use both functions on the same button/mouse event. Thanks for any and all input.
