have cm 8.1.3.4 and aacc 7.1.1.0. our agents are currently using h.3232 hardphones. with a remote worker rollout we are working on, will need to be able to use aacc with sip endpoints. we dont seem to be able to get aacc to recognize a sip endpoint, be it a desk phone or softphone. we get the following errors when logging the agent in via the web browser:
'The device associated with the phone number is not in service'
and
'The voice resource associated with the agent could not be acquired by the system.'
in aacc agent screen, have tried the voice uri with the following formats:
sip:ext@domain.com
and
sip:ext@session-manager-ip
neither has any luck recognizing the endpoint.
