Use an Access form to collect content. The content contains Html fields. Use SendOpbject to send an email via Outlook. Before sending the email the user can view it for accuracy.

What happens when the recipient receives the mail relies entirely on their mail client.

Some mail clients parse all the URLs and link them while some don't. Some clients will display HTML and some won't.

You do not need to do anything special to get this to work for the majority of people. Try sending a plain text e-mail containing a URL to a hotmail account and you will see what I mean.

Hope this helps
