I have a customer who wants to forward their mailboxes to their cellphones..."press this to get my cell phone" They have a BCM 50 with only a PRI in it. The choices in the "outdial" field are "line" "pool" and "route"."Line" is obvious, but I believe you cannot split a PRI. "Pool" would work great except my lines are in "BlocB" which equates to "17", and you can only go to 15 (pools "a" thru "o"). I try using "route" by using my PRI routes but the BCM wont accept them. How can I get the BCM50 to do this?

enable outbound transfer for each mailbox. be aware u could increase your chance of toll fraud

That is true about the fraud..I usually can talk people out of using that...but as to the posy outbound transfer is on all of the boxes.

Just make sure that all outdials are set to Route. When you set up the individual mailbox to outdial choose the destination code followed by the phone number that you want the incoming caller to route.

Set the Outdial to route. You don't have to include a route number.
When you program the outbound transfer destination number, include the des code that points to the route, i.e. 9.
