Using Report Viewer in VS 2008

Hi all,
I'm using Visual Studio 2008 to create a website (in VB.net) for use on the internet.
VS2008 come with a report viewer for web and I can also add new item and choose report to create a .rdlc file for the report viewer.
However, I'm not too conversant with how to use it and will appreciate a tutorial on how to use it.
