FPW 2.x reports and HTML are separated by at least two generations of software.
That being said, if you have the knowledge of HTML and the patience to construct the code to write out all the necessary sequences to make it look right under all the browser variants, then it's just a matter of coding. See the text merge commands in particular.
If you upgrade to VFP, then there are classes that have been developed that will make this process almost transparent. (Some free ones are available on the UT (

does it have to be HTML? If you just want to display it on the web it would be easier to print it to a PDF driver...and hyperlink to the PDF file.
That would handle photos and formatting perfectly.
