We have a RAS Server setup and have been using it quite happily for Dial-In. I have now been asked if we can use the same server for Dial-Out, I know this can be done but can't seem to find out how to do it. It seems to me that I need to be able to share a COM port or a Modem on the RAS Server so that it can be setup within the RAS service on the client, can somebody help please?

Yours Hopefully

Smudge

If what you are wanting to do is enable demand dial routing for your clients through the RAS server, I would suggest you download and configure RRAS from Microsoft. It has much better routing capabilities, an easier interface, as well as the capability to enable Dial on Demand services.

dxd
